Lorna
Adams is a professionally trained counselor who has maintained a private practice
in Highlands Ranch, Colorado for five years. She primarily works with adults,
with a particular passion for helping those who were sexually abused in childhood.
She has also helped others who have experienced grief/loss, depression, ante-partum,
and postpartum issues, life transitions, and the desire to improve self esteem.
Lorna received her Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and Bachelor degree in Nursing from Regis University . She is licensed to practice professional counseling in the state of Colorado and has obtained National Certified Counselor credentials through the NBCC. She is a member in good standing in the following professional organizations:
American Counseling Association
Colorado Counselor Association
American Association of Christian Counselors
Lorna continues to further her career
by attending various workshops
and seminars pertaining to her
particular practice needs.
